What's For Supper Wednesday

I hesitate to even post this as it is so addictive!

This was one of those recipes floating around on Facebook and I thought I'd give it a try.

PUMPKIN CRUNCH

 1 15oz. can pumpkin

 1 12oz. can evaporated milk

 1 1/2 C. sugar

3 eggs

1 1/2 t. cinnamon

Combine above ingredients and pour into greased 9×13 pan.

 1 Yellow Cake Mix

1 C. melted butter

Sprinkle cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture and pour melted butter over top.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. This is what it will look like fresh out of the oven.

Well, you've been warned!

  1. I made something similar to this yesterday, but instead of cake mix I did a oatmeal streusel.

  2. You are a trouble maker ... now I need to go down and eat something because my mouth is drooling like a fool. You do know, that if I made this, I would have to eat the whole thing because the rest of my family are not pumpkin eaters ... Wellll ... when II think of it that way, maybe it isn't such a bad idea :). Thanks Queen of Delicious ...
