Summers mean Farmers Markets

One of the many joys of summer is being able to purchase fresh vegetables directly from the grower at farmers markets.



When I was back in La Crosse recently I was able to shop at one the many markets they offer.

They had lots of produce as well as freshly cut flowers.  A huge bouquet like this was only $6.

I thought about getting some but then realized I had no table space to enjoy it and George and Gracie would probably have way too much fun with it.






In addition to making some purchases I had a good time running around snapping photos of all the beautifully arranged goodies.

Then I attempted to create a collage of these photos, as this is something I've not had much experience with.  This was done using the template on Adobe Photoshop Elements.

    I love your collage of veggies. This would make a great poster! Sad to say, I only buy one or two fresh veggies at a time because there is just me and I don't cook very often. You have a fabulous day. Hugs, Edna B.
