Ready in time for the Fourth of July
With summertime coming I wanted to make a new quilt topper for the outside tables, so it was time to get out my new tools I purchased in Missouri.
I chose white as the center color and then used the jelly roll of 2 1/2" strips to create the crazy quilt blocks in a red, white and blue theme.
The project went very quickly and before I knew it I was ready to add the sashing and borders.
Then I found a fun summer theme print for the reverse side for use when it's not a holiday.
Now it's time to make one for Halloween!

Let's hear it for the red, white and blue!
ReplyDeleteWow, you are amazing with your sewing machine!!! What a beautiful table quilt. I can't wait for Halloween to see the other side of it. I hope you folks got to watch some of the beautiful fireworks displays that took place all around the country. Pogo and I watched The Macy of New York's display. It was just awesome. You have a super weekend, hugs, Edna B.
ReplyDeleteWow! Very nice. You certainly are the crafty one, my friend. And so multi-talented, too.
