Since I had to move the tent and reset up the kitty village, I took the time to do some spring (or rather summer) housecleaning.
I washed their little lounge chairs and after they dried, prepared some covers for them to help keep them drier and make it easier to remove the cat hair.
I wanted the fun fabric that I used on the cover of the tent, but I was afraid George's fur would clash, so decided on the pastel floral for these.
But I couldn't pass up on the run fabric I really admired, so that got used for the topper.
Because we are situated on all dirt, we ordered two more patio mats. Now we have enough to go under the RV a bit to keep mud from splashing up on things stored near the RV.
Long Live the Queen of Outdoor Living
I do hope that you are writing that book about this lifestyle. It would really be a great resource for people considering this, as well as those who are already living it.
ReplyDeleteWow these cats live in style. We'd like to let ours outside sometime safely so perhaps this is the way to go.
ReplyDeleteThe new kitty set up looks fabulous. Actually, your whole area looks really nice and comfy. I watched another program last evening about the tiny houses, and I thought of you. I think I could really enjoy one of those little houses. Ah well. This big old house isn't ready for me to let go yet. You have a super day, hugs, Edna B.
ReplyDeleteThe furry kids look so happy, and I love the new keep dirt away rugs...also, if we should happen to play pickleball together, look out, I've been practicing my serve, daily. I sometimes get them in! :-)
