We've been busy setting up our new home for the next couple of months, but I don't have any photos yet to share, so I was glad to see it was once again Good Fences Thursday.
This is one of those decorative overpasses that we seem to go under all the time.
Long Live the Queen
wow, that's really cool! happy 'settling in'!
ReplyDeleteI like--so much better than just plain overpasses!
ReplyDeleteVery nice pattern on that fencing. I never can seem to get a decent shot of an overpass fence as they go by so quickly.
ReplyDeleteWow, your photo of the bridge and overpass is awesome!! What beautiful grillwork on the fencing itself. Gosh, I have so much to catch up on here. Ma'am, your baby hats are simply adorable. What a wonderful project to be sharing your skills with.
ReplyDeleteAs for the Mo. Star Quilt Compay and J C Penney, I would have had a difficult time tearing myself away. I'm not a quilter, but I cannot pass by these beautiful materials without touching and "oooohing and aaahhhing". it's the crafter in me I guess.
I think that was quite nice of Left Brain to let you go off on a shopping trip while he went ahead and got everything all set up in your new homestead. Now I'm off to see what I can find for Pogo's lunch. It's always a challenge to find something that will tempt his tastebuds. haha. You have a wonderful weekend, hugs, Edna B.
Very cool. I noticed these when traveling with Bill. Some are really intricate, like these. Great examples!
ReplyDeleteVery lovely especially to pass on the highway! Reminds me of the days when LBJ was president and Lady Bird beautified America with all the greenery and shrubs . Nice to see something besides concrete on the highways! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteDeerest Queen of Fences and Pickleball, I now believe there is NOTHING you are not Queen of. I am glad you crossed the pickleball fence and came to play with the Onalaska Group. Fun was had. Memories were made. Plus, Her Lorship even tossed a pickleball gown my way. :-) Lone reign the Queen of Everything.
